The Newports' Last Dance

Friday, Jun. 24 | 8:00pm ET (7:00pm CT)

Classic RockR & B

It's The Newports' Last Dance. In the summer of 2014, a group of musicians who hadn't performed together since high school arrived at The Acorn for a one-time reunion, hosting Open Mic Night. An enthusiastic audience response and a rave review in the local paper encouraged them to make The Newports a working band again. Eight years later, the musical journey that started six decades ago closes with The Newports performing on stage together for the last time, at The Acorn. Come join them for a magical night of music and memories, as well as for a celebration of the release of their latest album, "Let's Dance Again."

Billy O & Chris Grove will open the show.
