About the Artists:

Based in Chicago, The Fortunate Sons perform locally in the Chicago and Midwest regions as well as nationally and internationally to keep the tradition of CCR's timeless music alive. Using original vintage gear and instruments, accurate costumes, and spot-on musical ability, The Fortunate Sons instantly conjure up the full experience of seeing Creedence in their prime.

​Between the years of 1969 and 1971 Creedence Clearwater Revival produced 14 consecutive top 10 hits. As a Fortunate Sons concert you will hear these hits, and many more of the band's legendary catalog including; Bad Moon Rising, Proud Mary, Have You Seen the Rain?, Green River, Lookin' Out My Back Door, Run Through the Jungle, Up Around the Bend, and of course Fortunate Son.

The Acorn brings great known performers and amazing new ones to southwest Michigan.  Located in the historic featherbone factory, The Acorn’s friendly staff and volunteers, and an acoustically rich sound system combine for memorable experiences. We’re located in Three Oaks, Michigan …  just over an hour from downtown Chicago and 30 minutes from South Bend, IN.

The Acorn, a nonprofit organization, annually hosts a singer songwriter competition and a Spectacular Tournament of Playwrights. Our Open Mic nights showcase a variety of strong talent and our educational workshops include songwriting and master classes in performance.
