Country

Featuring emerging country artist Sydney Adams and local rising star Aaron Conley, we’re helping to kick off the 74th Annual Three Oaks Flag Day Weekend at The Acorn!

About the Artists:

Born and raised in Southeastern Kentucky, Sydney Adams has been singing from practically the time she could talk. She has been performing on stage since she was just 12 years old. Soon after, at the age of 15 she began writing her own songs.

Sydney has been hard at work, keeping a full touring schedule where she’s opened for names like Ricky Skaggs, Lonestar, Deanne Carter, Tracey Lawerence, Ward Davis, Sunny Sweeney, and Kylie Frey. She earns the respect and love of audiences with her traditional songwriting, sweetheart demeanor, powerhouse vocals, and dynamic stage presence.

Sydney released her first EP, Always Home to Me, in 2019, which was followed by a single entitled “It Never Was” in 2021. Her sophomore EP, A Lot Like You, features four original songs.

Sydney was named Kentucky Music Hall of Fame’s Artists in Residence for 2022. She was also named one of Kentucky’s Top 10 Country Artists by Matt Wickstrom Journalist. Matt described her as possessing “a powerhouse voice that no doubt deserves a shot on some of Nashville’s (and elsewhere’s) biggest stages.”

"... A young, strong, and talented woman who loves traditional country and bluegrass music and knows how to write a catchy, but genuine, song."
- Jonathan Oost, Electric Barnyard

A singer-songwriter who plays a mixture of his own songs and covers of current artists like Zach Bryan and Dylan Gossett, and older artists like Merle Haggard and George Strait, Aaron Conley brings his unique voice and acoustic guitar to stages around the midwest. Although he’s only seventeen, his performances show an amazing depth and love for music of all styles, from rock classics to modern favorites. You can find his originals and a few covers on Spotify, Instagram (@aaronconleymusic), or iTunes.
