Michigan native singer/songwriter Kylee Phillips is releasing her first full length album – Before I Am Invisible – an ambitious collection of sensual, articulate, and unpretentiously therapeutic pop anthems. This long-awaited, expertly percolated record couldn’t be more timely, giving voice to the memories, desires, rages, joys, and insights of a deeply grounded woman who has found the one place she won’t be talked over.

Phillips will be celebrating her album release with a full band release show, bringing her songs to their intended sonic depth with dense guitar, drum, and synth arrangements. Fans of her beloved, vulnerable listening room performances will finally get a taste of Phillips at her full potential, full power and full volume.

About the Artist:

2025 Winner of The Acorn Singer-Songwriter Competition, Kylee Phillips is a Michigan-native vocalist and songwriter of deeply self-exposing pop music. Armed with an arresting, emotive, laser-focused voice, and an unrivaled ear for hooks and melodic contour, Phillips has garnered cult-like acclaim in the midwest and beyond since her explosive debut EP Long Time Coming. The title is strangely apt, as Phillips was a beloved hidden gem in the Detroit scene for over a decade before materializing as a fresh face and urgent new presence in the indie/pop world.
