Abbie Thomas Band – Midwest Made

Wednesday, Jun. 29 | 7:00pm ET (6:00pm CT)

Rock/PopSinger-Songwriter

The Midwest Made summer concert series puts the spotlight on regional talent in a diverse array of genres. Each Wednesday night, you'll want to find yourself at The Acorn for shows that will not disappoint!

About the Artists:

Soulful singer songwriter, Abbie Thomas, influenced by an eclectic mix from The Beatles to Lauryn Hill, mixes pop melodies with hints of R&B, Jazz and a vibe from the songwriters of the ‘70s.

Currently with one full length album (“Who I Am”) plus a handful of singles under her belt, in addition to three music videos currently wracking up award nominations (HMMA’s, Moondance Film Fest, California Music Video Awards, etc.), her first self produced project, “Dirty Little Things” is set to release in early May of 2022.

With live music the core of her career, she reeled in some of Michiana’s most talented musicians to join her full band, the Abbie Thomas Band. The lineup consists of Caitlyn Faust (violin/BGV), Jack Whittle (electric guitar/BGV), Justin Staublin (rhythm guitar), Josh Myers (bass), and Matt Loftus (drums).

You can hear Thomas’ original music on Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube. The first released project her band joined her on was a live recording, a cover of Amy Winehouse’s “Valerie,” released on March 25.
